Welcome Bryce DeWilde

Our ESC family is growing with the addition of Bryce DeWilde who will be joining our Project Management team! Bryce is a Christ follower first and foremost but is also a husband and father to two kids. Bryce came across ESC while at a previous job, having worked with us for a number of years, he was exposed to how ESC does business, takes care of our clients, and builds lasting relationships while doing so. When it came time for Bryce to look for his next career step, ESC stuck out as a place that has that small family like culture that cares for not only our employees but also our community. Our ability to offer the opportunity to work in various industries with a multitude of clients was also a draw that promised exciting new challenges with each project.

Bryce has a Mechanical Engineering degree from North Dakota State University and 9 years experience as a project engineer and project manager. He is the rare kind of person who thrives in chaotic situations that make the rest of us want to bang our head on the wall. The prospect of a complex and chaotic project or process that he can turn into an organized well executed experience for everyone is what drives his passion for his work and makes him an asset to any project. When Bryce isn’t ensuring projects run efficiently and smoothly, or working with our mechanical and process designers, he and his family enjoy hiking, backpacking, and camping in the great outdoors.
