 Team Reviews

“I didn’t really know a whole lot of anything at the beginning of my internship, we had just scratched the surface, as I came to find out very quickly, of what “Automation” entails or how to do even the most basic things. But all that uncertainty and ignorance of the field was met with staggering support and patience from everyone here. It took me a bit to get comfortable enough to ask the million questions I had that seemed to restart every 5 minutes, but the constant help and encouragement from everyone here definitely helped me get more confident in asking. That’s really what sparked my initial desire to stick around as long as I could. The environment that ESC offers is way beyond what I had come to expect out of a workplace.”

Abbey Dotson

Automation Engineer

“After being in the manufacturing industry and supporting a production floor since the early 2000’s, I wanted a change of pace. I chose ESC due to their core values as well as their culture that supports and promotes internal growth. ESC is comprised of a group of professionals who do whatever they can to support their clients as well as their coworkers. Whether designing equipment or facilities, it is apparent that 3D design is needed to stay competitive in the field. ESC currently utilizes Autodesk Inventor for its 3D design needs and is in the process of adding Autodesk Revit to continue to grow in this area. ESC also utilizes 3D scanning technology which allows us to accurately capture clients’ facilities and incorporate that data in our 3D design.”
